About Analyticsautomationlab
We are a financial auditing practice rooted in Taipei. Our work lives in warehouses, bank confirmations, and late-night clearance calls — not in slogans about disruption.
Why we opened on Pa-teh Road
Analyticsautomationlab grew from audit managers who wanted smaller engagement teams with partner time on the floor, not only at the signing meeting. Taipei’s mix of trading houses, manufacturers, and regional headquarters creates audit questions that need local judgement: inventory in bonded warehouses, intercompany service charges, and bilingual packs for overseas parents.
We keep the practice deliberately focused on financial auditing and closely related assurance work. That focus lets us decline projects that would stretch independence or dilute fieldwork quality.
How we work
Evidence first, then wording
Engagement partners join walkthroughs of revenue and inventory cycles early. Working papers emphasise source documents and count sheets over generic checklists. Findings are written so controllers and operators recognise the process we observed — including where samples were thin or access was delayed.
We respect Taiwan’s reporting calendar and the reality that many finance teams also support group consolidations abroad. Scheduling is honest: if inventory attendance cannot be staffed for your count weekend, we say so before you sign the proposal.
People you will meet
Engagement partners set materiality, review significant judgements, and attend clearance meetings with management.
Audit managers run day-to-day fieldwork, coach juniors on sampling, and keep the open-items list visible to your finance lead.
Field staff execute confirmations, inventory test counts, and substantive testing across cash, receivables, and purchases.
Credentials are engagement-specific. When a specialist is needed for a valuation or IT general-control slice, we bring them in under the same independence rules as the core team.
